George coordinated the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems (MEP) in this very challenging, fast-tracked, state-of-the-art $43MM medical office building located in the heart of the University of Southern California’s Health Sciences campus. USC HCC-2 is a 150,000-square-foot, seven level (two underground), Type I, medical office building incorporating the most advanced medical imaging equipment available (including MRls, CAT-scans, and X-ray machines). Project was completed in 19 months.
