I would like to commend you for your work on the CancerVax Manufacturing Facility expansion in Marina del Rey. As you know, the project was quite complex, consisting of clean manufacturing space designed and constructed to conform to current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) as required for FDA validation as well as European regulations. The requirement to respond to changing owner requirements during construction made the project even more demanding. The end result is something we can all be proud of. The quality and usability of the completed facility are outstanding. It was completed on a very aggressive schedule while keeping the remaining portion of the facility in operation.
